Choose joy actively.

Stay as close to yourself as possible; knowing what and who gives you the feeling of truly being yourself. Knowing what gives you that big smile on your face, and that feeling of ease on the inside... Take your moment to investigate this (answer these 4 questions for yourself), and/or let this #sitwithyourself be that nice reminder: actively choose more joy.

  1. When was the last time I really laughed? Really enjoyed myself?

  2. Who and what makes me feel most like myself?

  3. What am I putting on hold, simply because I don’t have a partner (in crime) to do it with?

  4. What brings me joy? The guaranteed success kind of joy.. Have I already had a moment like that this week? If not: schedule it.
