What has been challenging about my current experiences?
Without change, no butterflies, they say. We all know the one constant in life, is change.
I don’t know who this is for, but stop waiting.
What will it take for you to act? To dare? To allow yourself? What are you waiting for?

Where am I fighting the flow of things?
Dreading their name on your phone. Being happier with the memories than the current state of affairs. Lots and lots of waiting.
Knowing what “fills your cup” is key-info here.
Find your ways. Set intentions. Keep checking in how well you are doing.
